About our Founder

After a decade in oil and gas trading, where relationships were paramount, founder Veronica Hayter moved on to run a dance studio, building it to become the largest in Calgary. These experiences created a drive in her to continue using her passion and creativity to find solutions for businesses to grow and thrive. Veronica ultimately found her way to the Cannabis industry, in which she has been successfully helping hundreds of licensed groups buy and sell products and scale their businesses for the last 7 years.

Using her innate caring and hands-on nature, Veronica hones in on the things that matter to get the job done, and creates ease and comfort for clients who want their cannabis business to run smoothly and thrive. She understands the importance of authentic relationships, and working with her and the Vaya team means your specific needs are catered to in a direct, tailored, and supportive fashion.
